Refund policy

As a small business, each item is custom made to order designed specifically for you. Therefore returns or exchange are not accepted.

Damaged or stolen items.
Please inspect your item and contact us immediately if your item is damaged during transit or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Items damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
